Positions Elected and Areas of Responsibility

President
– Supervises all the activities of the organization
– Supervises the strategic development of the organization
– Represents the organization nationally and internationally
– Communicates with EYP international office and GB (Governing Body)
– Approves new initiatives of the members
– Establishes and maintains new partner relations with NGOs, private companies, governmental institutions and international organizations
– Advices on development strategy of organization
– Organizes regular meetings of the project managers to keep everyone informed
– Regularly informs all the members about the progress done in the projects

Vice-President on Public Relations
– Represents the organization
– Establishes and maintains contacts with media partners
– Organizes and coordinates PR activities
– Ensures appropriate PR of the organization
– Supervises PR activities of the regional branches
– Deals with the website issues
– Publishes monthly Newsletter of the organization
– Reports to the President on actions/activities conducted (on monthly basis)

Vice-President on Fundraising
– Represents the organization
– Advices on the fundraising opportunities
– Seeks for the office place
– Assists projects on the fundraising issues
– Maintains contacts with the donor organizations
– Follows the financial state of the organization
– Seeks for new funding opportunities
– Reports to the President on actions/activities conducted (on monthly basis)

Board member on Regional Development
– Works out and implements the strategy of the expansion of the organization to the regions
– Consults and develops regional branches of the organization
– Coordinates the work of regional projects
– Reports to the President on actions/activities conducted (on monthly basis)

Board Member on Human Resources
– Compiles a database of all the members of the organization
– Collects the new applications
– Calls a meeting on the revision of new members and informs applicants of the decisions made
– Makes sure that all the members are involved into the organizations activities
– Ensures the subscription of the new members to the organizations e-group
– Works out the learning strategy for the members
– Supervises the activities of HR managers in the regions
– Greets members on their b-days
– Develops strategy on the involvement of new members
– Reports to the President on actions/activities conducted (on monthly basis)

Board Member on International Activities
– Ensures organization’s participation in EYP international and regional sessions
– Coordinates the Ukrainian regional sessions preparation process
– Seeks for and informs about the opportunities for the members of the organization to participate in the international conferences/trainings etc.
– Conducts communication with BNC (Board of National Committees) and EYP international office
– Reports to the President on actions/activities conducted (on monthly basis)

Secretary
– Assists the board members with the urgent issues (correspondence of organisation, contacting partners, drafting official letters/proposals etc.)
– Keeps minutes of the board/leadership meetings
– Coordinates the annual work-plan (Action Plan) writing
– Organizes organization’s Happy Hours
– Reports to the President on actions/activities conducted (on monthly basis)

Members of Auditing Committee
– Consults the organization on all of the current issues
– Advices on the best way of implementation of the current projects
– Suggests new initiatives
– Monitors the activities
– Coordinates Annual Reports writing
– Evaluates the impact made by the organization (effectiveness, impact on local communities)
