Practical information for delegates

The participation in the session for delegates of All-Ukrainian Inter-Rail 2009 is free in all cities. The delegates are responsible for covering their own travel expenses (if any) and for timely coming to the session venue. They are also asked to pay for their lunch at the first day of the session. Accommodation expenses for delegates are not covered; therefore we encourage young people to participate in the sessions held in their home cities (or closest to their home cities). After each session the participants will be awarded with certificates (provided, a delegate was present at all events of the session). On request of a delegate EYP-Ukraine can send an official letter to his/her educational establishment notifying the participation of the person in the session and asking the permission for the delegate not to attend classes during session days.

Selection Criteria for Participants of the All-Ukrainian Inter-Rail 2009:
- age 16-20 (and/or pupils od 10-11 grade, students of 1-4 year of study);
- proficiency in English (working language of the sessions is English);
- interest in solving urgent European issues, excellent communication skills, tolerance and friendliness.
