The Third Regional Session of "European Youth Parliament - Ukraine" will be held on February 9-12, 2006, in Kyiv.
The topic of the Session is "Human Trafficking and Migration: EU and the Neighbour states".

On December 5th, the 20 UN Volunteers serving in Ukraine will get together in Kyiv in order to celebrate the International Volunteer Day. The main event planned for the day is a Volunteers’ Organization Informational Fair in Teacher House of in Volodymyrska Str 57: starting at 14.30 until 18.30, about 20 local and international NGOs’ will inform local Kyiv community about the great potential of volunteers activities through different communication tools and visual arts, including little performances.

The Forth UNIYN (Ukrainian Network of International Youth NGOs) Fair was held on November 8, 2005, at the Cybernetics Department of the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University. EYP-Ukraine has been a member of UNIYN since 2003. At present time the network consists of 12 organizations. Our organization was represented by Oksana Andrusyak, Natalya Voynarovska and Anna Shaporenko. At the press-conference UNIYN coordinator Olga Lebedeva told about the network and its activity. “We are open for every organization and for every person in particular” – says the motto of the network.

The fundraising process of the session discovered to be a success. Our delegation has got financial support from the charity organization “Presidential Fund – Ukraine”, which covered travel expenses and session participation fees of Ukrainian delegation. EYP-Ukraine expresses our gratitude for such a noble deed. The 50th International Session of the European Youth Parliament will take place on November 11-20 in Bari – a sunny Italian city.

Re-elections of the EYP-Ukraine Board took place on July 27, 2005. The President of the organization Tetyana Poladko won the Edmund Muskie scholarship and left for studying in New Jersey (USA). The results of the elections are posted on our web-site in section About Us – Leadership.

Europe Day, an anniversary of Schumann Declaration, which led Europe to the EU and brought peace to this part of the world, has been celebrated in Kyiv on May 14, 2005 under the auspices of the European Commission already for the third time.

The 48th international EYP session at the beginning of April took place in Stavanger (Norway). According to the selection results Ukrainian delegation includes four EYP members from Kyiv, Sumy and Zaporizhzhya regional branches.

EYP-Poland regional session is going to be held on September 24-27, 2005 in Rzeszow, the city of youth, which is located in the south east of Poland. The total amount of participants will be 120 people: both from Poland and abroad. What can we offer? Four days of fruitful and very intensive work, lots of fun and joy during amazing hours of teambuilding, new impressions and friends, unforgettable Rzeszow nightlife and its atmosphere, great experiences and Polish hospitality! This session will enable some Polish and Europeans to meet, to discuss, to have fun... you know what EYP is about, don't you?
