December 19th, the St. Nicolas Day became even more special due to the conduction of the regular Board Elections by EYP-Ukraine. Many of our members expressed their will to lead the organisation. The candidates prepared their programmes and completed their applications for the positions almost a month before the elections took place in Kyiv. To vote and to run for the position is the right of every member of EYP-Ukraine. This year EYP members could also vote on-line from November 15 till December 19, which enabled those members living in regions to cast a distant vote.
The elections took place in the premises of the International Relations Lyceum No.51. At the meeting each candidate presented his or her programme and vision of the future development of the organisation.
